DawningTCG – Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we operate online, your purchases are fully protected under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act.
1. Changing Your Mind (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
You have the legal right to cancel and return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your items.
  • The Process: You must notify us of your intent to return the item within 14 days of delivery. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to physically send the items back.
  • Condition of Items: To receive a full refund, items must be returned in the exact condition you received them. For trading cards, sealed products (such as booster packs, booster boxes, tins, and blister packs) must remain unopened and factory-sealed. Under GOV.UK guidance on accepting returns, we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by unnecessary handling (e.g., opening a sealed pack or handling individual cards in a way that causes wear).
  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for paying the return postage costs. We highly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that are lost in transit without proof of delivery.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your items arrive damaged, are misdescribed, or are not fit for purpose, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act.
  • Within 30 Days: If you find a fault or received the wrong item, you are entitled to a full refund if you reject the goods within 30 days of delivery.
  • After 30 Days: If a fault occurs after 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement.
  • Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we will cover or reimburse the cost of the return postage.
3. Refunds Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund.
  • What is Refunded: We will refund the full price of the item plus our standard outward delivery charge. If you chose an enhanced express delivery service at checkout, we will only refund the amount of our standard delivery option.
  • Timeframe: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods back (or within 14 days of you providing official proof of postage).

To initiate a return, please contact us at DawningTCG@outlook.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
